Marketing Coordinator

GPD is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Akron, Ohio office location.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Work with business development, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate graphic design to support the delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Marketing database input / maintenance activities for projects and resumes.
- Write, develop, and perform ongoing maintenance of qualification materials.
- Perform multiple marketing efforts within rapid and frequent deadlines.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required.Prior experience preparing custom proposals is preferred.Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Working knowledge of MS Teams.Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Ability to meet schedules, organize complex material, determine appropriate level of effort, understand technical / professional service-related material, and work with minimal supervision.Ability to coordinate with multiple parties internally / externally and produce / package submittals.Ability to provide outstanding customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.Ability to work independently; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.GPD offers a compensation and benefits package which includes :
