Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems

Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements

Lead problem-solving efforts and assist in formulating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Project management experience preferred
