Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Float PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in San Diego, California.

Minimum 2 years of recent experience. REQUIRED - Fully vaccinates for COVID - including BOOSTER. Primary responsibility of assessing, treating, and monitoring patients who are presenting acute, serious ailments. Record patient information concisely and accurately. MUST have experience - Ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG.
