Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and Java UI frameworks, who can combine technical excellence with thought leadership. This role requires someone who can architect, code, mentor, and influence—driving best practices, shaping UI strategy, and delivering scalable, modern solutions that elevate customer and business experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead by example with strong hands-on coding across React, Node.js, and Java UI.
• Define and enforce best practices for design, coding standards, testing, and performance optimization.
• Provide thought leadership on UI/UX architecture, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Solution Delivery

• Build and scale responsive web apps using React (hooks, context, Redux, TypeScript).
• Develop and optimize APIs/microservices with Node.js and Java-based services.
• Integrate seamlessly with enterprise backends while ensuring security and scalability.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, review code, and uplift team capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping product roadmaps with technical insight.

Innovation & Optimization

• Champion performance tuning, accessibility, and user experience excellence.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and platform improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and adopt new tools/frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in UI/front-end engineering.
• Expert-level skills: React (hooks, context/Redux, TypeScript), Node.js (Express, microservices), Java UI (Spring MVC, JSP/Servlets, or modern equivalents).
• Strong experience architecting enterprise-scale, cloud-native web platforms.
• Proven ability to lead teams technically while remaining hands-on.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery models.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
