About the Role

As a Sr. System Product Manager , you will play a critical leadership role in the development, integration, and success of our flagship system products. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams worldwide to shape product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure seamless execution from concept through launch.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for high‑performance server and workstation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions for cloud and data center applications.
• Transform customer and industry insights into actionable technical requirements and business cases.
• Engage customers — from senior executives to engineers — to showcase Supermicro’s vision, capabilities, and value.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless development, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver impactful training and support to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Serve as the voice of the customer , championing innovation and quality across the organization.
• Provide senior‑level technical support and manage escalations effectively when needed.
