Practice Type:
- Mixed Inpatient and Outpatient
- Advance procedures preferred; not required
- Nurse Practitioners: 2 NPs, managing 14-16 patients per day
- Rotation:
- Week 1:
- Monday: Clinic
- Tuesday: Hospital procedures
- Wednesday: Half-day hospital, half-day clinic
- Thursday: Clinic
- Friday: Clinic
- Week 2:
- Monday-Friday: All hospital procedures
- Week 1:
- Call Schedule:
- Call schedule will be 1:5 with the addition of the new physician (support from private group)
- Call responsibilities are manageable with strong hospitalist support and efficient scheduling
- NPs manage the clinic full-time, ensuring continuity of care
- New physician expected to balance the workload and maintain efficient patient flow
