Senior Field Sales Executive

The Senior Field Sales Executive role offers growth potential opportunities, professional development, an engaging team environment, and amazing benefits. As a Field Sales Executive, you will leverage your solid understanding of business, financials, and customer needs to drive sales within your territory. With a higher level of authority in negotiations, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers, within the financial industry. You will work within a list of accounts to prospect, and partner with our Sr. Field Sales Executives to close smaller deals within these accounts.

Our ideal candidate will have some sales experience and successes to share, be passionate about hunting new leads and contacts, and have a desire to grow in their sales career. This is an amazing opportunity for someone young in their sales career and wanting to build onto their current skills and grow with the company.

Key tasks include developing effective sales approaches to target key accounts, engaging in in-depth negotiations with higher autonomy to close deals, managing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts, providing accurate sales forecasts and activity reports, identifying and analyzing market conditions to uncover sales opportunities, handling moderately complex or higher-value sales opportunities, gathering and utilizing customer feedback to improve sales strategies, acting as a mentor and trainer for junior sales staff, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and implementing and refining sales techniques tailored to customer needs.

You're a great fit if you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, strategic planning skills, advanced negotiation tactics, deep customer insight, strong analytical thinking, proficiency in sales software, skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, comprehensive market knowledge, and capability to train and mentor junior team members.

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA : $95,560 - $133,750
