Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on benefits packages, including eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment procedures
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with the enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conduct training sessions on benefits offerings
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in benefits administration
Experience with medical insurance and HIPAA guidelines is preferred
Knowledge of employee benefits terminology and regulations
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and documentation
