Job descriptionEvidence of enrollment in a relevant master\'s program and completion of required fieldwork hours Pay : $24-30 / hour based on experience and supervision hour completion Potential wage increases every 6 months A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year Guaranteed hours : 32-40 hours per week for full-time teammates (subject to patient cancellations) No-cost supervision hours; no deductions or claw backs for supervision time A $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for passing the exam on the first attempt Generous time off : 10 holidays, 10 paid days plus 2 flex days College tuition employee discount with multiple universities PTO : generous time off as above Health benefits : company contributes up to 90% with 4 plans to choose from 401K + Match

Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level)
Base pay range
$24.00 / hr - $30.00 / hr
What you will be doing
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700 / 2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to ABC's core values
