The Risk team at Lyft is committed to innovative and evolving insurance solutions to accurately address our exposures. The Senior Specialist, Risk Solutions role will support the placement and management of our insurance programs by working with a broad range of teams internally as well as our broker and carrier partners. We are looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn property and casualty insurance that is excited to join a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full cycle insurance renewals for select corporate insurance programs by optimizing coverage structures, and facilitating broker and carrier relationships
• Review and negotiate insurance limits and terms in contractual agreements
• Create and refine team documentation on processes and best practices
• Document and track coverage structures, rates and renewal calendar
• Own the creation and distribution of certificates of insurance
• Work with internal stakeholders and broker to issue surety bonds in accordance with contractual obligations
• Process insurance invoices promptly
• Coordinate the execution of non-disclosure agreements for the Risk team

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $81,000 - $101,250. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
