POSITION OVERVIEW : Program Navigator

The Pre?Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Navigator provides intensive care coordination, support, and services to current and prospective patients / clients of Spectrum Medical who wish to access PrEP to prevent HIV infection. This individual will implement a client?centered approach with individuals, with a targeted focus on those utilizing the Spectrum Medical Programs related to PrEP. This position will assist Program patients / clients by providing HIV / STI testing, linkage to care, reduction of barriers to care, coordination with community agencies, and education.
