Our placement services provide flexibility to accommodate your schedule and needs, offering contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions.  Overview :     LPN needed Mon - Fri from 8a - 3 : 30pm. Pediatric experience required with emphasis on diabetic care, tube feedings and seizure management.    Compensation :    $34 / hr. Job Responsibilities :

• Conducting student hearing and vision screenings
• Educating students on hygiene and safety practices
• Dispensing prescription medications to students per physician instructions
• Verifying vaccination records and maintain state vaccine reports
• Taking students’ temperatures when fever is suspected
• Administering first aid and CPR
• Treating minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, and bruises
• Contacting parents when students are ill or injured

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN License in PA.

CPR & First Aid Certification

Knowledge of any state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Demonstrates clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassionate.

Ability to demonstrate a calm, caring demeanor when working with children
