Pay Range : $13.00 hourly + Commission (Average combined is $20.00-30.00 / hour)

Job Duties : A Day in the Life

• Be Positive : Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
• Connect : Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Be the Expert : Attend and master training on the proper use of "scenarios" so staff can effectively implement / demonstrate to customers
• Play your Part : Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Leave your Mark : Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives
