Job Description & Requirements Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 10 D Pay Rate : $1406.91 - $1541.61 7A -5 : 30P Wed- Sat Number of Beds – Facility features 28 bed IRF and 383 acute care hospital (avg census 240) Number of Staff – 15 OT’s on staff (F / T, P / T, and PRN staff) Type of staff : Day Shift – Staffed to support patient care needs Night Shift - NONE Patient Ratios – 4 patients / day (IRF) 8-12 patients / day (acute care) Type of equipment – 2 therapy gyms, ADL apartment EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Weekend flexibility Willingness to work on IRF unit Critical thinking / clinical reasoning Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Hospital / IRF experience (highly preferred) Stroke / neuro experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Evaluation, treatment, discharge Team conferences, family training Adaptive devices, adaptive equipment Best personality Fit : Flexible, team player, collaborative Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. 1 weekend shift / month MINUMUM.
