Senior Manager, Application Security

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Application Security to lead teams in Product Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Assessments.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and mentor teams focused on Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Assessments

Define and execute the application security roadmap to prevent PHI exposure

Oversee security programs including threat modeling, bug bounty, and vulnerability management

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 3+ years in a management role

Experience building Application Security programs in cloud-native SaaS environments, preferably AWS

Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go or Python for code reviews and architecture guidance

Experience with tools and processes for securing the SDLC, including SAST, DAST, and CI / CD integration

Familiarity with compliance frameworks like HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
