Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming legacy systems into high-performing, scalable platforms? As the Application Reliability Lead, you'll helm a Tier 3 support and enhancement team responsible for over 60 mission-critical applications-spanning internal operations and customer-facing experiences. This isn't just about keeping the lights on; it's about driving innovation, elevating reliability, and mentoring a high-performing team into the future of software delivery.

What You'll Own

• Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a blended team of employees and contractors.
• Agile Execution : Champion agile practices to accelerate issue resolution and deliver enhancements with speed and precision.
• System Modernization : Spearhead efforts to refactor and replatform legacy systems for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Team Development : Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a resilient and collaborative team culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Forge strong partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure consistent documentation, support processes, and service quality across the portfolio.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

$120-170,000 / year range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
