Member Support Specialist

We are seeking a Member Support Specialist to join our Member Support Center team. In this role, you will provide inbound support for Medicaid members, assisting with benefit education, PCP changes, ID cards, transportation coordination, and other services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support.

Daily Schedule :

• Hours of operation : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM CST
• Shifts available : 8 : 305 : 00, 9 : 005 : 30, 9 : 306 : 00, 10 : 006 : 30
• Training : 1-hour lunch break; post-training : 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks

This is a contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
