A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues for AppSec, Security, and Software Engineers
Manage support tickets, ensuring data and systems are updated to enhance customer experience
Act as the voice of the customer to prioritize recurring feature requests with product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role or as a software engineer
Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI / CD environments such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Familiarity with Web Application Security concepts, including OWASP Top 10
Basic understanding of API and Webhooks
Availability for rotational on-call support for weekends and holidays
