Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Pay : $22–$24 / hr (DOE)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM

Location : Irvine, CA

About the Role :

We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to help keep our building clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, light repairs, and general upkeep to support a great work environment.

What You’ll Do :

Maintain and clean offices, restrooms, and common areas

Handle light repairs and preventive maintenance

Monitor and restock cleaning and maintenance supplies

Support safety and security checks

Assist with minor building projects and inspections

Respond promptly to maintenance requests

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in facilities, janitorial, or maintenance work

Basic repair and troubleshooting skills

Reliable and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Great attention to detail and teamwork attitude
