Location : Dam Neck, VA

SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Computer Engineer, Lead to be proficient in computer programming, systems design and computer related product and component development.

Position responsibilities  will include, but are not limited to the following :

  • Design hardware systems and components using blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with government team to build and install components.
  • Test and evaluate hardware systems and ensure seamless integration of programs and applications.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Six (6)+ years of professional experience in the research, design, develop, and testing of computer systems.
  • Three (3) years of full-time professional experience working as an Electrical / Electronics Engineer in development, design, and prototyping of requirements or Computer Engineer in development, design, and prototyping of requirements.
  • Preferred :
  • oKnowledge of US NAVY Shipboard Sensor Distribution Systems, SPQ-14, SPQ15, AN / SPA-25H and AN / SPA-25J systems.
