• Practice Detail : Join 3 very experienced Physicians and an experienced Nurse Practitioner
• EMR System : Athena in our clinic, and Cerner in the hospital
• Facility : Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center
• Location : Hoffman Estates, IL
• Salary : $254,371.00 - $293,920.00 per year
