Field Operations Coordinator

Minimum Knowledge and Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree equivalent preferred (Agricultural degrees beneficial, but not exclusive); 2 to 3 years related work experience preferred. Prior experience working in agriculture is a plus.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Field Operations team, including correspondence, document preparation, membership processing, and data entry and management.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to work with regional managers, other staff members, and assist with multiple events and activities.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and staff to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Assist with various projects as needed, providing administrative support to other teams.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision, ability to set own priorities; exercise initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of members and constituents by establishing and maintaining effective relationships and gaining trust and respect.
  • Effective presentation style in a variety of settings both internally and externally.
  • Be a problem solver and assist others in addressing issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including irregular hours, to attend INFB-related functions.
  • Able to work in an office setting.
  • The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $59,500.

Physical Requirements and Reasonable Accommodations :

The position requires a valid driver's license and physical mobility for effective job function while conducting INFB business, including locations such as county fairs, farms, and member homes. May occasionally require the ability to lift 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
