Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform thorough examinations of all incoming raw materials and finished products
- Checking all seals and package specifications
- Perform package leak/water test
- Checking and documenting product weight
- Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
- Participate in routine visual inspections
- Checking nitrogen, PDQ’s and seasoning
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of inspection and quality methods
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to navigate and occasionally spend several hours at a time in a production environment
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
