Key Responsibilities
Train and supervise up to 15 remote Admissions Representatives, ensuring effective skill development and performance management
Develop and execute operational strategies to meet new student application growth targets
Manage daily operations and workforce metrics, providing leadership support and addressing performance gaps
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree from an accredited institution
At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service delivery organization or contact center with remote staff
Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced remote environment
Superior organizational skills and a strong understanding of management and leadership characteristics
Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities
