Job descriptionFulltime position available with flexible 0.9-1.0 FTE Option to include OB in your practice, not required. Minimal call, 1 : 9 for non-OB FMs and 1 : 12 for OB FMs Team-based care model with an experienced care team : ~19 MDs / DOs Must be BE / BC and able to obtain a MN License.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range : $260,000 - $290,000 per year
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
