Education - A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required. - Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications - Must hold a state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
