What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our independent sales representative network within your region. You will :

• Select, train, and develop independent sales representatives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities that fit TMI’s market strengths.
• Provide reps with training on products, differentiation strategies, and selling approaches.
• Set quotas, monitor performance, and ensure sales opportunities receive proper support.
• Partner with Inside Sales to ensure accurate project kickoff and complete customer information.
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal departments.
• Ensure engineering and estimating teams have the details needed to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
