Jacobs has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Vice President Communications & Brand. This
role is primarily responsible for managing the communications risks and opportunities of the
business, internally. Provides critical, high-level communications to support the
execution of the company’s strategy. Accountable for achieving Jacobs brand promise in support of
client centric strategic growth, employee engagement, and corporate identity goals. Works to
ensure unified, consistent application of key branding, and communications strategies, internally.

This position can be aligned to a Jacobs office based in North America but Dallas, Texas is the preferred location.

Primary Responsibilities :
strategy, including these functions :
o Brand development strategy
o Brand activation and production
o Employee communications
o Digital platforms
Monitors budget and cost effectiveness of overall communications program and ensures that investments produce desired results
Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and business leaders to determine engagement strategy to communicate key messages on strategic initiatives.
Provides support to the Social and Political Committee on geo-political macro events and how the company should respond and react when appropriate.
Key Success Measures :
Enterprise communications, branding functions are viewed (internally and externally) as coordinated, innovative, and making a positive difference in Jacobs market position and brand
Other metrics as defined in the corporate communications strategy and implementation plan
Minimum B.S. Degree in communications, marketing, or other relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
At least 15 years’ progressively responsible experience in corporate communications, marketing or related position.
Experience supervising diverse teams and collaborating with other corporate and business functions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
Global experience and mindset, with sensitivity to diverse constituencies
Excellent presentation skills
