The Position
As a Lead Customer Marketing Specialist (Healthcare) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving demand generation through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding customer needs, how they make decisions, the go-to-market, and creating targeted marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our Sr. Manager of Vertical Marketing and you'll work out of one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and order growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand perception through verticals, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $114,000 $143,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
