We are hiring 10 Part-time or Full-time CRNAs to join a growing, well-established anaesthesia practice at multiple clinical sites in Findlay and Bluffton. Whether you re seeking flexibility, a variety of cases, or a strong work-life balance this is the opportunity for you! Position Highlights :

• Self-scheduling : 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Choose part-time or full-time employment
• W2 / Hospital-employed or 1099 independent contractor
• Locations : Hospital, Surgery Centre, or a combination
• Diverse case mix : ENT, general, ortho, neuro, OB (low-risk), urology, and minimal healthy peds
• Equitable call schedule, care team model
• Team : 7 full-time MDs, 18 CRNAs
• New grads welcome physician mentoring available!
