Senior Communications Manager

As a Senior Communications Manager at CBRE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications that support the company's strategic objectives. You will lead the development of communication materials and campaigns that engage key stakeholdersincluding employees, clients, and partnersacross various channels. Your work will span public relations, executive messaging, organizational announcements, and enterprise-level storytelling, ensuring consistency and clarity in how CBRE communicates its mission and impact.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop multi-layered communication strategies and materials that align to goals. Serve as Sr. advisor to business leaders across multiple functions.
  • Support short and long-term internal and external communication plans, including content and media strategies. Ensure that key messages align with business strategies and values.
  • Write high-level content for executive speeches, presentations, email memos, press releases, etc. Create complex social media plans and track performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Distribute press releases to national and global media outlets and pitch stories to executive leadership.
  • Research and conduct large discovery and information-gathering sessions, including one-on-one interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Onsite contact for press conferences and briefings.
  • May serve as a mentor to less experienced team members. Review and edit the work of more junior associates.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and / or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
  • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. Ability to tackle unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing programs preferred.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. High level persuasive, creative, and technical writing skills.

    Disclaimers :

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Communications Manager position is $120,000 annually [or $XX.XX per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Communications Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
