We’re seeking a skilled  Electrical Technician / Programmer  to join a growing, family-owned automation company specializing in rebuilt and customized packaging and processing equipment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your technical expertise and creativity will directly shape cutting-edge machinery projects.

What You’ll Do

• Program Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs from scratch
• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution
• Perform field wiring for external components (valves, solenoids, HMIs, servos)
• Make independent technical decisions and lead projects
• Collaborate with electricians, panel builders, mechanics, and painters
• Provide remote programming support with minimal travel (1–2 trips / year)
