This job is a member of the Reliability Engineering Team within the Tech Ops Division. You'll be responsible for leading a dynamic technical organization focused on long-term data trend analysis to drive strategic, data-driven decisions. This role emphasizes process improvement, collaboration across work groups, and continuous enhancement of operational reliability. You'll manage a team of 10 talented professionals, fostering a culture of kindness, helpfulness, and personal growth.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Responsible for the professional development of team members, fostering a strong, positive culture within the team and engaging with the broader organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting, supporting continuous airworthiness and operational safety.
- Deliver conceptual answers through analysis of long-term data trends, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvements in reliability and operational performance.
- Act as a conceptual thought leader, helping others understand the "why" behind data-driving questions and opportunities for review.
- Develop high-level reports that are accurate and effective at providing strategic information for the business.
- Establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into reliability metrics and trends.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across multiple workflows, leveraging data tools and best practices.
- Manage multiple products, outputs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Prioritize work streams and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MOC, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
All you'll need for success :
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, or a combination education and experience in the field.4 years of experience in a leadership role in commercial aviation.Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience :
Masters of Business Administration or in Engineering.5 years of experience in leadership role.Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.Proven ability to initiate and implement significant process or program improvements.Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a clear, conceptual story from data.Demonstrated success in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.Skills, Licenses & Certifications :
