Are you a passionate RN looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for growth? As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, all within Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Experience new challenges every shift while expanding your clinical skills.

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

What You'll Do :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Support multiple units and workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience; 2 years preferred.
• Flexibility : Availability to work 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 Weekend, and 2 holidays over a 6-week schedule.

Training & Skills :

• Training in ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound.
• Opportunities for Charge Nurse cross-training to build leadership skills.
