Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. As an RDA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality dental care and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
  • Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, offering essential instruments and materials.
  • Take dental X-rays and accurately process them for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-operative care instructions.
  • Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling and coordinating patient flow.
  • Assist with diverse procedures and fully utilize RDA skills.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but not required.
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant certification is required.
  • Xray Licensed
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Friendly demeanor, self-motivation, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both patients and the dental team.
