Key Responsibilities
Execute cold calls and email campaigns to introduce mental health solutions to pediatricians and health systems
Build and manage relationships with physician practices to onboard new referral partners
Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer success, preferably in healthcare
Prior experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is preferred
Collaborative and self-starting attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments
Passion for improving mental health care for families
