Job Title : Hyper Wellness Representative
Location : NYC, NY (Manhattan - Chelsea)
Department : Corporate Studio
Reports to : General Manager
Job Type : Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation : $19-21 / hr
Schedule : 16-20 hours per week / Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability desired
The Hyper Wellness Representative welcomes potential and existing clients to the studio, helps clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promotes membership sales, and helps to administer core therapies. We are looking for positive, energetic people with a passion for wellness and helping people!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all clients and guestsEducate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home careMeet and exceed key performance sales indicators for the studio, including membership sales / renewals, and retail salesOnboard new clients–-this involves completion of medical waivers and creating guest profiles in POS systemField incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questionsAssist in outgoing calls to clients for notification of promotions and eventsAssist in the execution and coordination of the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for clients and guestsPromote enthusiasm for health, wellness, and the Restore brandRequirements
Education :High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience :1+ years of customer service experience1+ years of sales experienceExperience in a membership–based sales role within health / wellness / fitness industry preferredSkills and Abilities :Excellent customer service skillsStrong teamwork mentalityExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalIntermediate computer skillsDemonstrate initiative and ability to work independentlyBenefits
