Location : Wilmington, DelawareJob Type : PermanentCompensation Range : $150,000 - 170,000 per yearWe are seeking a Lead Designer with a strong background in user experience and design leadership to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and implementing a cohesive digital experience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical leader, capable of translating complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered design frameworks. This position requires someone who can confidently lead projects end-to-end, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to influence and drive design decisions.Responsibilities : Lead project teams to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
