Job Summary and Responsibilities

Woodland Clinic Medical Group is seeking an additional Otolaryngologist to join our ENT serviceline. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collegial, and collaborative multi-specialty group that has served the community for over a century.

Opportunity Highlights :

General ENT (primarily adult / some pediatrics); no cosmetics

Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists

Ear surgery experience a plus

Shared practice-only call; no ED call (approx. 1 : 6-1 : 7)

Compensation & Benefits :

Annual Compensation : $549,601

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Must be Board Certified within 2 years of completing training

Eligible for a California medical license

Strong interest in providing high-quality, patient-focused care

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
