Job descriptionPay Frequency : Weekly Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Paid Time Off / Sick Leave Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Manage production operations and oversee machine performance Schedule production jobs and coordinate job setup and design Handle shipping coordination and ensure timely deliveries Train and develop team members Communicate with customers and collaborate with Account Manager to provide updates Supervise machine operations to ensure all orders are completed accurately Maintain clear communication with customers regarding timelines and order status Ensure smooth machine operations and timely completion of production tasks Experience in embroidery and management roles Customer service experience preferred (training available) Strong leadership and team management abilities Quick learner with attention to detail Commitment to continuous improvement High School Diploma Ability to operate embroidery machines and perform light physical tasks Embroidery machines, POS systems, email, phones, fax Number Supervised : 2 Travel : None Position Qualified Candidates Might Currently Hold : Production Manager, Embroidery Manager Attractive About the Position : Free snacks, great team environment, ability to work independently Long-Term Opportunities : Advancement available
