Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods that foster continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies as needed to keep patients on their journey to recovery.
