A well-established, collaborative medical group in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its team—offering modern facilities, advanced technology, and strong community support just one hour from St. Louis.

Position Highlights

Full-scope OB / GYN care across outpatient and inpatient settings

Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecology, surgery, and preventative women’s health services

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants

Access to robot-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci) and fully equipped procedure rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)

Participate in a shared call schedule for work-life balance

Opportunity to mentor APPs and support staff

Compensation & Benefits

2-Year Guaranteed Base Salary : $425K+ with productivity incentives

$75,000 Signing Bonus

$2,000 / month Residency & Fellowship Stipend for new grads

$125,000 Student Loan Assistance (paid over 6 years)

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN – Required

Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required

DEA, CSR / CDS – Required prior to start

Minimum 2 years of OB / GYN experience (2–5 preferred)

Clean malpractice / license history – Highly Preferred

Visa support needs (J1) must be disclosed at submission
