We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead and drive success at our home infusion pharmacy in Columbus. This senior leadership position will oversee daily operations across multiple departments while ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong background in healthcare operations who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, business development, and revenue management teams

Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and financial performance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Build, mentor, and support managers and staff to achieve operational and clinical excellence

Partner with executive leadership to align operations with organizational goals and long-term strategy

Focus on enhancing the patient and caregiver experience while maintaining profitability and efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, MBA, or related healthcare leadership field a plus)

Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related pharmacy services

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and team development

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
