Virtual Eating Disorder Treatment

Remote MA (MA License Required)

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently hiring fully licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) with Massachusetts license for a remote position with a leading provider in eating disorder care and recovery . This is a full-time W-2 opportunity with strong training, excellent benefits, and a mission-driven team-based model of care. Enjoy 3–5+ weeks PTO, within a supportive environment.

Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) Responsibilities :

  • FT Required
  • Work M-F, 5 days per week total :
  • Work 3 days / week from 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Work 2 days / week from 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (you choose your late days)
  • Provide remote therapy for clients ages 4–70
  • No previous ED specialization experience required
  • Receive 8 weeks of paid training
  • Receive training : CBT-E, CBT-AR, and FBT
  • Complete new paid certification in 1 modality within the first 24 weeks
  • Treat all eating disorder types and acuity levels (if medically stable)
  • Provide care utilizing HAES (Health At Every Size) philosophy
  • Deliver 1 : 1 therapy and suicide risk assessments
  • Treat co-occurring high-acuity diagnoses
  • Maintain 26 client-facing hours per week
  • Receive built-in time for team meetings and documentation
  • Participate in weekly manager 1 : 1s and interdisciplinary team reviews
  • Provide 1-hour intakes; 30–60-minute follow-ups, depending on acuity
  • Family participation required for younger clients using FBT protocols
  • Deliver trauma-informed care in a virtual setting
  • Receive structured support and strong clinical tools

Remote MA Mental Health Therapist, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC Requirements :

  • Active, independent Massachusetts license
  • LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC
  • Open to newly licensed professionals
  • Therapist II must have experience with C-SSRS
  • Passion for learning evidence-based ED treatment
  • Interest in working with clients of all ages and acuity levels

    • Remote MA Mental Health Therapist, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC Compensation :

  • Therapist I (0-2 year licensed) : $89,000–$92,000 base + 15% annual bonus potential
  • $112,350 - $115,800 Annual w / Bonuses
  • Therapist II (2+years licensed) : $95,000–$100,000 base + 15% annual bonus potential
  • $125,000 Annual w / Bonuses
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus (split : $5K on start, $5K at 1 year)
