Overview

Person Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel RN to join our Skilled Nursing team. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in providing long-term, patient-centered care and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing setting.

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.

Administer medications and perform bedside procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Respond promptly to changes in patient status with sound clinical judgment.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility.

Minimum of 2 years of recent Skilled Nursing or related experience preferred.

Required certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support).

Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
