Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily meetings with the CEO to align on priorities and business development opportunities
Maintain CRM sales pipeline and assist in client development tasks
Create and manage contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and follow-up with clients
Qualifications and Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English; a second language is a plus
Proactive self-starter with strong judgment and organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, is required
Reliable home workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
Strong tech proficiency and multitasking ability across various tools
