Job descriptionAssist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed Understand customers’ requirements and concerns; match requirements and concerns to various service options Make the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle Stay updated on new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers Create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager Strong focus on providing excellent customer service High school diploma or higher education Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Job Summary : The Fixed Operations Service Director helps lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers on a continuous basis. The Fixed Operations Service Director helps plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
