Lead Service Technician

About the Job :

Established HVAC company in the Buellton area looking for an experienced full-time LEAD Service / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Job Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or qualifying technical school diploma.
• Owning your own trade-specific tools is a plus - but will work with you to build your toolbox if necessary.
• Clean driving record and driver's license are a must and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• The technician should be able self-starter, able to think outside the box and problem-solve efficiently.
• Must have a positive, Team Player attitude.
• Must be detailed, organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.
