We are looking for a strategic and innovative professional to join an education-focused innovation lab. In this role, you will contribute to leading recruitment, advising on best-in-class strategies, and enabling high-quality, inclusive research execution.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Recruitment for Research
- Support and Advise Researchers
- Streamline and Standardize Research Ops
- Client the Groundwork for Long-Term Research Infrastructure
Requirements
5 years of experience in research operations, UX research, or related program management rolesExperience in research enablement - creating documentation, templates, and leading internal workshops around best practicesEstablished experience across the research lifecycle, which includes recruiting participants, managing a participant panel, and training teams on how to match participants to studiesExperience supporting qualitative and quantitative research methods across multiple teams with distinct products and user needs.Must haves : consent and communication materials

This is a temp position expected to last 3-6 months from the start date.
