ERP Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for an ERP Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and implementation for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead onboarding for new customers, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product

Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, building their processes from scratch

Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers to empower them to use the product independently

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in procurement / sourcing management or as an ERP / P2P systems consultant in a B2B SaaS environment

Prior experience with the implementation or administration of procurement tools or ERP systems

Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

Comfortable with software configuration

Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
